We're gonna take a big step back while balancing (laughs) and then lunge down

more than welcome to do a kick back instead. Totally works the same muscles
without I'm gonna say stress on your knees, except for the fact that truly, if
you are doing these correctly, this should actually strengthen your knees. But
I know for lots of us, this big step back and the balancing work, still a work
